Uwe Zwettler, MD

Dr. Zwettler specializes in internal medicine and vascular diseases. He began his medical career at the University of Heidelberg, where he studied medicine from 1982 to 1989 and received his doctorate in 1995. His clinical career has taken him through various stations, starting with the Nephrology Section at the Heidelberg University Medical Center and continuing at the SRH Karlsbad-Langensteinbach Clinic, where he was co-head of the clinic as senior consultant. Since 2014, Dr. Zwettler has been working at the Center for Preventive Medicine at the Atos Clinic in Heidelberg. As a member of several medical societies, and through his position at our center, he combines clinical knowledge with innovative treatment methods. Dr. Zwettler’s path is characterized by a deep passion for patient care, which has been instrumental in the development of new therapeutic approaches. Dr. Zwettler’s work recognizes the importance of accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment plans to improve patient care outcomes.
